Armed Forces Day

It was a lovely day for Armed Forces Day parade organised by St Stephens Parish.

PSRA President Sandra Constable and Chair Dee Youngs attended the afternoon which started with a Parade of Standards from Scouts and Beavers from Black Boy Wood Shops to the Parish Centre, led by a lone piper.

The Armed Forces Day Flag was duly raised once at the Parish Centre and the Watford Band created a wonderful atmosphere with music from the World Wars era.

Accompanying the large memorabilia display in Tennyson Hall which was wonderful.  And refreshments laid on very well by 1st Park Street Brownies & Guides

Here are just a few photos from the day.
